These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of video games, websites, and related services provided by Qaymaq Games, MChJ ("Qaymaq Games", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or playing our games, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Qaymaq Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play our games on your personal mobile, PC, or console devices solely for your non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to our games and website—including but not limited to titles, computer code, art assets, themes, characters, animations, sound effects, musical compositions, game logic, dialogue, and documentation—are owned exclusively by Qaymaq Games, MChJ or our licensors. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from our software.

3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

• Virtual Goods: Our games may offer you the opportunity to license virtual items, virtual currencies (e.g., coins, gems, or energy), or game enhancements. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Billing: In-app purchases are processed securely through official platform payment processors (such as the Google Play Store). You agree to abide by the respective store's terms of payment and billing policies.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable local law or the refund policies of the Google Play Store.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When playing our games, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools to alter gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal benefit or to disrupt the game balance.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm other players or studio team members in public forums or community channels.
• Attempt to intercept, decrypt, or tamper with communications between game clients and backend services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our games or services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our games and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qaymaq Games, MChJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our games.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" on this page. Your continued use of our games or website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
